Handing over the "Effective CAF User" vertificate
Last week, the Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes of Serbia was awarded the "Effective CAF User" certificate in the presence of Alexandra Schantl for the CAF Centre at the KDZ. The Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes of Serbia is the second institution in the Western Balkans and the first in Serbia to receive the "Effective CAF User" certificate.
We are pleased that the KDZ supported the development of the Regional Quality Management Center at the Regional School of Public Administration and is now experiencing the benefits of this collaboration.
