Call for consultants – Extending the digitalization study

Explore opportunities to contribute to NALAS' mission of supporting the digital transformation of Local Governments in the Western Balkans and Moldova. This consultancy aims to provide expertise in extending the Digitalization Study, focusing on skills and competences. Additionally, consultants will play a key role in promoting knowledge transfer initiatives for Local Digital Solutions in collaboration with Academia, SMEs, and Startups, emphasizing the significance of integrating Digital Innovation Hubs and SME ecosystems. The objective is to address digital challenges faced by local governments in the Western Balkans and Moldova, with a specific focus on enhancing cybersecurity and digital capacities at the local level.
