The External #CAF Feedback Actors (EFACs) met this week for an online meeting at the invitation of the KDZ and Regional School of Public Administration. Thomas Prorok and Philip Parzer discussed with the participants the question "How to understand an organisation in short time?" Dalibor Copic and Kenan Avdagic provided insights from their experience and knowledge. The most important findings: it‘s all about thorough preparation, professional experience in public administrations, unbreaking personal commitment and empathy to help public administrations to tackle the real challenges and provide useful feedback.
