The new leadership program "Successful Leadership" of the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI) has been launched. In initially five modules, BMI executives learn the instruments and requirements of modern leadership in public organisations. This program aims to develop the leadership and team competencies of current and potential managers.
At the invitation of the BMI, KDZ Managing Director Thomas Prorok discusses KDZ's experiences with "Quality and Excellence in the Public Sector" with the executives. Congratulations to Wolfgang Taucher and the team for this important initiative.
