Welcome to KDZ, Anastasiia Hatsenko!

Anastasiia Hatsenko joins Municipal Exchange Fund A4U project as Grant Manager, bringing several years of experience in managing donor-funded and international cooperation projects in Ukraine and the EU. She has hands-on experience across the full grant cycle – from proposal development and budgeting to coordination and reporting. Within A4U, Anastasiia supports effective grant management, stakeholder communication, and transparent project implementation. 

Anastasiia holds a master's degree in international relations from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University (Kyiv, Ukraine) and International Public Affairs from Central European University (Vienna, Austria). She brings valuable experience in project management, analysis, and communications.
