Call for Proposals is closed!
The submission period for both Expressions of Interest and applications has now officially closed.
We would like to thank everyone who submitted an application and all those who expressed interest in the A4U project.
Applicants will be informed of the outcome of the selection process by mid-July 2026.

The Municipal Exchange Fund A4U has opened its Call for Proposals to support municipal partnerships between Austria and Ukraine.
Municipalities are invited to jointly develop and submit project proposals focused on strengthening Ukrainian local capacities through knowledge transfer, capacity building, and sustainable local development - in close cooperation with Austrian partners.
Projects can last between 6 and 10 months and are to be implemented jointly, fostering the exchange of Austrian expertise to support local development in Ukraine.
Municipalities without an existing partner are encouraged to express their interest! KDZ can assist in finding partner municipalities for the project.
