In the upcoming meeting on 6 of October 2025, from 2-3:30 p.m. (CET) the standard for the implementation of CAF criteria in operational planning and reporting in Croatia will be presented. Croatia implemented an ESF project to introduce quality management based on the 2020 CAF model, supported by updated manuals and guidance and an IT system. Following the results of the self-assessment, many public administration bodies were found to have weaknesses in documenting enablers (planning and checking) and results (targets and actual values). The guidance on operational planning and reporting defines minimum standards for public administration bodies to make it easier to implement CAF.
