
In the upcoming meeting on 31st of March 2025, 2-3:30 p.m. (CET) the change journey of the Ministry of Culture of Estonia will be presented.
The Ministry of Culture of Estonia uses the CAF model since 2022. The implementation of the CAF effectively supported the innovation approach and delivered visible results and changes for the whole organization and its culture. As the main result of the implementation of CAF the first organizational strategy for the ministry was created and the vision of the ministry stated via large-scale involvement of the ministry’s people.
Reelika Väljaru, Head of Department of Strategic Planning and Innovation and Karin Närep, Development Adviser, the project managers of conducting CAF and creating the organizational strategy, will share their experiences on how they launched necessary changes in the organisation.
