Tallinn - TSI SLPF Civil Servants’ Exchange Program (Capacity Building)

Dear Sir or Madam,

The TSI SLPF Civil Servants’ Exchange Programme (Capacity Building) will take place in Tallinn on 17 June 2026.

The programme aims to strengthen the practical application of SDG budgeting across EU Member States. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on insights into the design and implementation of SDG budgeting approaches, aligned with national public financial management systems and informed by the SLPF project.

Through interactive sessions, the programme promotes peer learning, the exchange of best practices, and collaborative exploration of innovative, real-world approaches to sustainable budgeting.

We cordially invite local political leaders and public managers working at the municipal level—particularly from budget, finance, and sustainability departments—as well as other interested national and local stakeholders across EU Member States to participate. We especially encourage applications from cities in the Baltic and Nordic neighbouring regions.
