CAF Impact Study 2025 is out now

Recently, the CAF Practitioners Network, where CAF users from around the world meet to exchange ideas, presented the findings of the CAF Impact Study 2025.

The study explored how the Common Assessment Framework impacts quality, change, and innovation in public administrations. The results show that the CAF has a profound influence on reforming public administration by improving strategy, leadership, processes, and people. Especially after the second CAF cycle, its strong impact becomes evident. CAF bridges the gap between strategy and practice and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
