Die aktuelle Ausgabe des „Forum Public Management“ des KDZ beleuchtet unter dem Titel „Zwischen Konsolidierung und Innovation“ die Herausforderungen und Reformansätze im österreichischen Föderalismus. Im Fokus stehen strukturelle Entflechtungen in Bereichen wie Gesundheit, Pflege und Bildung, die Stärkung der Abgabenautonomie sowie innovative Modelle wie die „Regionsgemeinde“. Ziel ist es, die Handlungsfähigkeit des Staates durch gezielte Konsolidierungsmaßnahmen und partizipative Reformprozesse zu sichern.
