Trotz der zahlreichen Herausforderungen hat das KDZ Resilienz bewiesen. Die MitarbeiterInnen und Mitarbeiter haben schnell, flexibel und außergewöhnlich gehandelt, mit KundInnen und PartnerInnen haben wir neue innovative Projekte entwickelt und die Krise als Chance wahrgenommen. Mit 105 Projekten und 134 Seminaren haben wir auch 2020 zur Stärkung des öffentlichen Sektors beigetragen.
