Der CAF des Bundes (Common Assessment Framework) wurde adaptiert und um den Themenbereich Diversität erweitert. Eine Organisation kann hier sehr rasch den Themenbereich Diversität sichtbar machen und sensibilisieren. Wunderbar in der Handhabung ist die Checkliste, die explizit die Kriterien zu Diversität abfragt und die auch für andere Organisationen des öffentlichen Sektors anwendbar sind.
