We’re pleased to welcome Anastasiia Hatsenko to KDZ as part of the Professional Integration HUB – a long-term internship program supporting Ukrainian professionals who are building new pathways in Austria due to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.

This program, initiated and funded by ERSTE Foundation and implemented by the European Centre for Freedom and Independence, aims to help Ukrainian specialists advance by immersing them in the European professional environment. Such experience will be invaluable for Ukraine's post-war reconstruction and EU integration. Through targeted internships in leading Austrian institutions, participants like Anastasiia gain critical insights into labor relations, management procedures, and professional standards in the EU.

Anastasiia holds a master's degree in international relations from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University (Kyiv, Ukraine) and International Public Affairs from Central European University (Vienna, Austria). She brings valuable experience in project management, analysis, and communications.
