Die Österreichische Energieagentur hat in Kooperation mit dem KDZ und der WU Wien eine Studie für das BMK zu möglichen Optionen zur Operationalisierung der EU-Klimaziele bis 2030 erstellt. Im Fokus steht dabei eine mögliche Operationalisierung der Zielsetzungen auf Länderebene. Von Seiten des KDZ erfolgte ein Kapitel zu Climate-Governance und förderlichen Rahmenbedingungen zur Umsetzung der Klimaziele in der Mehr-Ebenen-Steuerung.
