Mit der CAF-Konsolidierung bietet das KDZ einen strukturierten Prozess, der die Verwaltung und – auf Wunsch – auch die Politik aktiv einbindet. Durch die Einbindung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften entsteht eine hohe Akzeptanz – gestützt durch einen ganzheitlichen Blick auf Verwaltung, Prozesse und Strukturen. In Workshops werden gemeinsam mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden nachhaltige Einsparpotenziale sowie maßgeschneiderte Umsetzungsempfehlungen für Ihre Gemeinde erarbeitet.
