Since 2019, the Municipality of Anderlecht has used CAF to support the development of its internal control system. This session shows how CAF and internal control are integrated to promote continuous improvement (PDCA logic) and enhance service delivery across all departments. Practical insights will be shared on how CAF and the INTOSAI framework are applied in day-to-day administration.
