On July 13th, the CAF process with the City of Sarajevo started with a CAF Training Workshop. Sarajevo is the first capital city in Western Balkan that will implement CAF for further developing the organization towards excellence. The workshop is financed by the EU-funded BACID program with the City of Vienna as a role model. CAF expert Alexandra Schantl was on site from the KDZ and provided professional CAF support for the workshop.
